Grief Counseling


Grief doesn’t just happen when you lose someone you love. It can happen when you lose a job, have to move from where you live, or are recovering from an injury. When things change - whether by choice or by force - we can often feel overwhelmed and experience heavy emotions like regret, guilt, or confusion.

Talking to someone about how you are feeling - even if you can’t name it as grief - can be a powerful tool to explore what you’ve lost and what that means for you.

Loss isn’t something you have to “get over” but instead can be something you move forward with.
