What If You Didn’t Have to Carry It All Alone?

Living with anxiety, chronic illness, or the stressful pressures of just being a human can make it hard to feel like yourself. It’s easy to get lost in the weight of it all, but finding your balance doesn’t have to be something you do alone.

Let’s work together to create a more aligned life that reflects who you truly are beyond the challenges you face.

You’re Not Broken, You’re Human

There’s no “right” way to move through life, but we live in a world that often makes it feel like there is—one filled with stress, judgment, and isolation.

You might feel like you’re carrying a big burden trying to manage the pressures of what you think you should do or how you should act. Maybe you’re feeling exhausted trying to advocate for yourself in a medical system that isn’t always set up to support you. And maybe you often feel like something bad is going to happen—to you or someone you love—and you’re not alone in that.

In our work together, we’ll explore what it means to live in a way that feels okay for you. You’re not broken, you don’t need to be “fixed”, and you are not the challenges you navigate. When we meet for therapy, we’ll focus on helping you recognize when anxiety or stress is causing you suffering and find ways to cope that allow you to move through the world with more comfort, strength, and resilience, even when things are tough.

The Aligned Counseling Approach

Compassionate, warm, understanding, empathic, light-hearted

This space is about honoring your personal experience, and no one else’s, and understanding the deeper layers beneath the surface of stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed. Whether it’s navigating a chronic illness, anxiety, or the weight of societal pressures, we’ll explore the personal stories and expectations that have shaped you, without rushing to fix anything. I’m committed to supporting you through introspective, meaningful work that addresses how your struggles show up in your life—whether that’s in your body, your emotions, or your relationships. My hope for you is that, through working with me, you’ll find your chosen way to move through the world with more comfort, strength, and resilience, all while honoring who you are and what you value.
